Partner Bank assumes liability for those financial service providers cooperating with it who do not themselves have a licence or permit for banking and securities transactions and are therefore liable themselves. The liability is limited to the correct investment advice of the investment services processed via the Bank with custody account management at the Bank. As the financial service providers are independent companies separate from the bank, only the partner bank accepts customer funds.
