Privacy Policy
____________
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your personal data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, DSG & TKG in conjunction with WAG, FM-GwG & BWG). In this data protection information and the data protection declaration, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our website and our business activities.
Personal data
Personal data is information about data subjects whose identity is determined or can be determined. Data can be any information that is or can be associated with a person, e.g. your name, your address, your telephone number and your date of birth.
Contact with us
If you contact us using the form on the website or by e-mail, your data will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions, irrespective of special statutory retention obligations, such as under the Equal Treatment Act for job applications. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.
Deactivating cookies may affect the functionality of our website.
Data storage in the event of a contract
The processing of the data that you provide to us when initiating a contract serves exclusively to enable and fulfil the contract and to fulfil legal obligations (e.g. Securities Supervision Act, Financial Market Money Laundering Act).
In addition to the data provided by you for the identification check or appropriateness check in the context of contract initiation, publicly accessible information via special databases (e.g. World Check) is also used for the money laundering check. Only those public data that are necessary for the documentation are processed further; all other data are deleted.
All personal data will be deleted once the business relationship with you has ended and the national retention obligation (7 years) has expired.
Special case of IT-based consulting
In the case of exclusively IT-based advice via Partner Bank's banking portal, your details are analysed with regard to your loss-bearing capacity, risk appetite, knowledge and preferences, which can then be used to find a suitable asset management portfolio for you (automated decision-making including profiling). As a decision is made purely on the basis of your information, this restricts your freedom of choice with regard to the predefined portfolios.
Safeguarding data transfer to third countries
The maintenance and improvement of our technical services serves the best possible fulfilment of our contractual obligations to you. To this end, it is necessary for contractually bound IT service providers to have access to our systems, which also includes your data. Our IT service providers are based inside and outside the EU. Contractually agreed standard protection clauses ensure compliance with all data protection precautions when working with IT service providers located outside the EU.
Your rights
In principle, you have the right to
Information about your personal data,
Correction or deletion of your data if it is incorrect or not necessary for the business relationship,
To object to the processing, provided this does not conflict with legal requirements,
Data portability, | |

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with our data protection officer and the Austrian data protection authority.
Security
Your security is our top priority: We use the latest security programs and the most secure coding and encryption procedures as well as access control systems for the transmission and storage of personal data in order to provide the best possible protection against unauthorised access.
